CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following stipulation, with consumers being any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Every customer can withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods by sending a written cancellation declaration without giving reasons. For this it is sufficient if the notice of withdrawal is sent within this period (the date of the mailing slip decides if you use the postal route). In this case, the customer is demonstrably obliged to return the goods immediately. The return shipping costs (postage) are borne by the customer. If the goods have been used and / or damaged, the customer must pay the seller an appropriate fee for the use, including reasonable compensation for the damage incurred – up to the value of the goods. A prerequisite for exercising the right of return, however, is that the goods have only been tried out for viewing or trying on as in a retail store and that the goods are returned in their original condition.
For textile orders:
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform STTC DESIGNS via EMAIL of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement
For all other orders:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via Email: info@sttcdesigns.com to inform us about your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or Email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
You have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. We reserve the right to return incomplete returns, which originally consisted of several individual parts, at the sender's expense and not to issue a refund.
For all other orders:
If you cancel this contract, we have made all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than we offer) to repay immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.
